SchoolManager provides essential modules tailored for Ghana Basic Schools, including KG, Primary, and JHS. You manage admissions, track attendance, handle fees, and generate exams and report cards from a single dashboard. These features reduce manual paperwork, ensure financial transparency, and improve parent communication via SMS and WhatsApp.

Access all modules from the main dashboard after logging in at https://www.schoolmanager.app/login.

Admissions and Student Records Management

Use the Admissions module to enroll new students quickly. You enter details like name, age, class, and parent contacts. The system auto-generates unique student IDs and stores records securely.

Start New Admission

Navigate to the Admissions tab and click New Enrollment.


Student Details Form:

- Date of Birth
- Class Level (KG1-JHS3)
- Parent Phone

Upload Documents

Attach birth certificate and previous reports.

Approve and Assign

Review and assign to class. Send welcome SMS automatically.
